New Development Projects
in the Park
You may have noticed all the activity around Sunset Mausoleum while
visiting the park recently. The lawns to the North and South of the
mausoleum are currently being developed and the ground is being prepared
for grass seeding. These new burial garden lawns will be a further
extension of the Sunset Mausoleum and Sunset Courtyard projects, and
will be available soon for purchase. |
Sunset Courtyard Now
Open For Pre-Development Sales
Located at the West end of Bellevue Memorial Park, directly
across from the Sunset Mausoleum, Sunset
Courtyard Garden Section is now open for pre-development sales.
This new garden will be developed in what is now the West End of the
Holy Cross section. Forming the Sunset Mausoleum complex, the new
garden will feature a courtyard, incorporating walkways, an urn burial
garden, scattering garden, as well as out door niches*.
Other projects “on the drawing board” are the development of Heritage
Courtyard, located in the property to the North of the Holy Cross
section, which will offer a variety of interment options, including
cremation gardens, private family estates, and traditional ground
burial.
